Four Best Exfoliators for Younger Looking Skin

Introduction:

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead cells from the skin surface. We are God gifted that our body goes through the natural process of shedding off the dead cells, but it happens with a little help, and for this purpose, we need exfoliators.

There are basically two types of exfoliators.

Physical exfoliators

Chemical exfoliators

Physical exfoliators: In this, we use loofahs and brushes manually to shed off the dead cells.

Chemical exfoliators: Certain chemicals or chemical-based products are used, such as hydroxy acid or products that contain this chemical.

Exfoliation is important because if you don’t exfoliate, your skin looks dull with time and your pores get clogged, which increases the chances of getting acne. Most people with sensitive skin get rashes after using exfoliators, so it is better to choose or buy the exfoliator according to the skin type and follow the routine by considering it.

I’ve used a lot of exfoliators in my life, as I have sensitive skin, so some of them worked best. I’d love to share it with you.

1st Option: Paula’s Choice-SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA Liquid Salicylic Acid Exfoliant-Facial Exfoliant for Blackheads, Enlarged Pores, Wrinkles, Fine Lines- 30 ml Bottle:

This is the editor’s choice and comes in beautiful packaging. It has the same consistency as serum and contains beta hydroxy acid, which helps in shedding the dead cells. The best part is that it is so gentle that you can use it on a daily basis.

2nd Option: ACURE Brightening Facial Scrub 118ml:

It comes in the form of a scrub, but it is gentle on the skin, and you will not get irritation. Lemon is an active ingredient in it. It is cost-effective and also suitable for all skin types.

3rd Option: Extra Gentle Daily Scrub, Gently Exfoliates & Cleanses Without Over-drying, For All Skin Types, Non-Irritating & Hypoallergenic, Suitable for Sensitive Skin:

Cetaphil is a brand that doesn’t need any introduction because they offer a huge range of products, especially for those with sensitive skin. This exfoliator is good for combination skin and best for daily use, but if you have sensitive skin, I prefer to use it twice a week to avoid redness. It is also cost-effective.

4th Option: Good Morning Good Skin | COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser pH-balanced Cleanser Good Morning Good Skin | COSRX Low pH Good:

I love this one because it doesn’t over dry, as it has an optimal pH level, which is best to get a healthy glowy skin and it also retains the moisture of the skin. It removes sebum without irritating the skin and gives effective results. It is ideal for day and night use.

Conclusion:

Exfoliation is important, whether you do it physically or chemically. Now it's time to add one of them in your skin routine to get a healthy skin. I tried my best to give you the relevant information about exfoliation and exfoliators. If you find it useful, Please let me know.
